can somebody to punish this kind(Premiere Global Services) of annoying callers, communication criminals? how it can be done?

got a 2 calls on 11/25/08 from 1-732-542-3012 one with fax tone and the other 25 secs long with dead air. Both had no name in caller ID and no message in vmail. Looks like a virtual number using internet telephony call center.

My Caller ID showed an attempt from 732-542-3012, listed as Premiere (sic) Global on the display. They tried at about 2 pm today (Wed 19-Nov). They didn't leave a msg so I don't know what they were pushing this time.
I've filed with the FTC...
They _might_ have been trying to send a fax; this line doesn't work with fax tones.

Called twice from my WORK PHONE at 4pm. Answered and it was a fax machine... annoying

I have opt out on this Company, however they keep tieing up my Business lines with the fax machines.
Today in one hour I have rec'd 3 calls on the Business line.
I have all of my numbers on the do not call list. However when I found this page, I called the # 732-542-3012 and asked for someone in charge, I got a Bill Watson on the phone, I told him that I was recording this phone call and that I was on the do not call list and if this continued that I was going to report them. Did you know that it is agaisnt the law and that if this continues we can sued them!!!!

I called the "Do Not Call" # 732-389-3900 ext. 7005 and said to remove my # from the call list. We'll see if it works.

This number calls constantly at my work. Not only do they call multiple times in a row, they call ALL 5 lines SIMULTANEOUSLY.

I just called Premier Global Services direct @ 404-262-8400. I kindly asked the girl who answered to remove me from their fax list. She was very kind and asked for the number that was receiving the fax and then told me she would add it to their Do Not Call list. She was very nice about the whole thing.

It was simple, I googled Premier Global Services Inc, Atlanta GA and got the company information.

I get that these calls are annoying - but honestly, it is a simple fix usually. If you took the time to google the phone number, why not take a few more minutes and google the company name, call and KINDLY ask to be put on the DNC list and that will stop the calls.

As a form of protection, take the name of the person who answered the phone and told you they would put you on the DNC list and write down the date and time you called. THEN if it continues, take the next steps to reporting them.

There is a law that states if you are receiving unsolicited fax calls, that after you tell the company to stop, and they do not stop, that you may take them to court, and the first occurrence will cost them $500; the next will cost them $5000 and the third will be a lot more. You must have paper proof that the fax is from this number.

Has anyone ever thought of showing up at their facility to deal with this problem face to face? I live in Metro Atlanta....if I continue to get calls, I might just show up & picket their office!

They phoned twice within a few minutes. Fax-like tones recorded on voice mail both times. Voice mail set to pick up only after ten (10) rings, so they must be persistent for some reason.

Oh my gosh! This number, in all honesty, calls my home phone every other day, 3 times a day, and all it does is beep on the other end. Sounds like a fax machine, but you would think these people would get the idea if it was a fax they were trying to send, and it is NOT going through. I hate telemarketers and this is probably just another way for them to see how much and many people they can annoy. The National Do Not Call List Registry opens for Canadians, if I am not mistaken, sometime in September, and come September, I plan to put ALL of my numbers on that list. Hopefully after that I won't hear from this damn number again!

Face it folks, there is not one gosh darn thing anyone can do about it. Premier Global, XPedite, Boland Jones, et al are not law abiding citizens to begin with. You can put yourself on all the opt-out lists, Do Not Call registries etc. that you want. These crooks ignore all laws. IN fact, giving them your number to opt out only confirms with them your number, so you'll start getting even more faxes. They change numbers as often as honest people change their underwear, so they can hide behind the fact that even though you opt out from one number, you haven't opted out from their new number. Only jail time or death sentence will stop these crooks. I just don't know how in heck they make any kind of money doing this. Do people really buy $25 Health Insurance from a company that won't send any written literature?

A fax machine from this number calls my house at all hours of the day, yes, even in the middle of the night.

Both Premiere Global and Xpedite continue to FAX ping my telephone number with their systems, most recently in the early mornings. My Dad is going to yank my landline if I can't get it to stop. I have tried several times several different ways to no avail.

This fall, my senior's honors class project is to study ways to stop corporation's illegal acts in legal ways other than the courts. I think this could be a great project and it could give me a jump on Fall.


So, here is what we know:


Both Premiere Global and Xpedite sometimes wake people up because their calls are very early.

They also generate unwanted and bothersome calls to us at other times.

Some of us have tried to stop this and we have not been successful in stopping them.

I am a minor. I put my number on the do not call list. When they call my telephone repeatedly afterhours - is this behavior not illegal?

I found another site for people bothered by these companies. They were:

FAXing back to the FAX with requests to have their number removed.

Using snailmail to request to have their number removed. Their Corp office is Premiere Global, The Terminus Bldg., 3280 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30305.

They and/or their partners have many toll free numbers. 800-546-1541, 866-379-8791, 866-619-2113, 877-422-2822, 877-636-8937, 877-771-8283, 404-262-8400. Sales people really like to experience what we have been experiencing - voice mail filled with garbage.

Also, the top man there is Boland Jones(cool sounding name even if he causes us headaches). His number is 770-956-7525.
If he's not there, perhaps he is visiting his alma mater Miami University @ Oxford, OH. He actively supports their Entrepreneurial Center - call and leave messages at (513) 529-1809 or 8345.

Thanks to "Moi" for providing the number 866-849-3243 above on April 29 to reach the automated DO NOT CALL request. I live in Ontario Canada and began receiving "fax" calls ten minutes apart, to my non-fax residence phone number (call showed phone number only, no business name); hopefully, I will not continue receiving these unwanted calls.

I have had these calls in the past but they stopped on their own. So today they started again. I went online and found their phone number. I called, got an automated system then pushed "0" to talk to an operator I told them what was going on and asked to be put on their do not call list. They asked for my number and said it will be added to the list, then hung up on me. Nice customer service!

I just called the number back and the "Do not call" automated voice asks you to put in your number that you want blocked from them calling.

Here is what you need to do to get Premiere Global, Xpedite Systems, Inc., and any other names they go by to stop calling your phone: 1-866-849-3243. I called it and it worked. It takes one business day, and it's automated. They do go by several names and numbers.

I am constantly receiving faxes from this number 732-542-3012 to my home telephone number. I am located in Ontario, Canada and cannot register a complaint online with the FCC. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I filed a complaint with Verizon, the FCC and the NY State Attorney General's Office.

The more people who take the 5 minutes it just took me to do it, the more complaints will be received and the more actions will be taken!!!

I have been on their list now for months, and the number/name associated with it has changed 3 times.

I am going to file a complaint with the FCC, contact Verizon and whatever else I can do.

They won't quit calling me. I have had 6 calls in the last 25 minutes. They have just been reported to the FCC. It is really easy to report on line. I just typed in FCC.gov and it took me to the link to report these idiots.

I've received calls off and on from this number for a while. This morning...I've received 4 calls within 30 minutes. Stop it already!

I have tried the opt out number posted on this blog, and it did not work. Luckily (yeah right), this number is calling my work number and not my home number in the middle of the night. I have just filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office. Maybe they can help.

I filed a report through Verizon since they are the company that provides the number. The only way to stop these calls is to prosecute. The following info is from verizon.

If calls of this nature exceed five per day and you are willing to prosecute, we will handle this as an unlawful call. If you are receiving unlawful calls (as outlined above) and you are willing to prosecute, please contact our Unlawful Call Center at (800) 997-3287. Our Unlawful Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

I suggest you contact your state attorney general to have them help stop this as well.

Those of you who have broadband internet service, let me make a recommendation. Dump your phone line and get a VOIP service. We use Packet8 and it has many great features. These are managed from a web page and one of them allows you to enter in numbers from which calls will be blocked. Xpedite showed up with the caller ID (free with the Packet8 service) and I immediately had it blocked. Nice and easy...

Despite being on the Do Not Call list I got so fed up with all these unwanted calls (including from 732-542-3012) I found this neat little unit that can be programmed to either block or send unwanted calls to your answering machine without your phone ever ringing! You can add as many numbers as you want and even program it to have ALL 800, 888, 877, & 866 numbers dumped straight into the answering machine. I’ve had it about three weeks and love it. Found it at BlockTelemarketers.net

You know it's like finding a support group for a horrible disease. Opt-Out has been calling (faxing) our land-line every week-day starting at 7 am - 10 am. Two calls in a row, a spacer, then start again. It's like being tortured. I *69 to get the number of 732-542-3012. I called and was "auto" answered "Opt out" please enter the Fax number which you want to "Opt-out". Didn't work. I'm going to try the different numbers I've seen in these comments, and then will move on to ARRP, local TV help lines, government officials, etc. thanks for your comments, they truly helped. If any of my efforts work, I'll report back.

I've been getting faxes from the human waste behind this number for about nine months now (and, like many here, I don't even have a fax machine). I've tried using both their automated opt-out line and calling and asking to be removed from their fax list, but neither has had any affect. Guess it's time to file a fistful of complaints...

Two calls in a row everyday... Premiere Global... then shortly after two calls in a row from Expedite ... Every day for MONTHS! I've putting it on speaker and letting it beep away for a few days now. I don't know why, I just do!

Same thing happening to me. Goggle NJ Attorney General's office and file a complaint. It may help.

I keep receiving a call from this number but its a fax machine trying to call in. This has been going on for months. Finally I tracked these bums down, asked for the sales dept and waited on hold for about 25 minutes. When a guy answered as soon as I started to explian what was happening, he hung up on me.

If each of you would take the time to call these people and cuss them out, then file online with your state Atty Gen'ls office, as well as the the Nat'l. Do Not Call list, we may get them shut down. Fax to your Representatives in Congress too! If you file online with the atty gen'l, they will investigate. Just minimize the form and each time you log on send them another complaint. Even if you have 40 on file, they won't know any better and will think there is a lot of attention on this issue. If the numbers published on this website are the wrong company, tell the person you spoke with to file a complaint with their Atty Gen'l!

Got called by them several times so far, answered today. caller id said xpedite and the guy on the phone said he was from premiere global services.

How do you know that this is Premier Global? If you look at their website they are giving information showing people how to use their system to send multiple faxes via e-mail.

got the fax and it's about a Lebanon wife who offers money. thats' crap, people do not reply to them, it's scam. the best thing to do is to fill a complaint on the FTC or contact the attorney general in your state.

Got a call this morning with caller ID "Eatontown, NJ". I picked up and it was bipping like a fax. Really annoying to be taken out of the bed for that !!!
