Pay your bill...then it's like MAGIC...the calls go away. WALAH!

These people have consistently harassed me for months at a time. I am aware of my bill with Cingular wireles, but they shouldn't call all day every day to collect their money. I am considering suing them myself because I work 3rd shift and they call every morning, waking me from my sleep.

I have been contacted by this number plenty of times. I think that legal action is almost the only way to get them to stop.

Caller hung up on me after I answered. I called back and asked for more information and he started fishing for address and other information. I asked him to send a letter to the address on file that I would address it. The caller then started yelling accusing me of "attitude".
I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I called them and blew a high pitched whistle into the phone until they hung up. Never called again;

They keep calling everyday for months. They are asking for someone who is not at our phone number. We are on the Govt. DO NOT CALL list, so shouldn't they get in trouble for this?

The phone number 1-804-245-0199 has been assigned to me as a NEW PHONE NUMBER.....Whoever you are chasing is not me....Since I am on a pay as you go plan I will not answer your calls....I am not the one who owes the money....Check with T-Mobile and you will discover I am not your infamous debtor.Please stop harassing me with useless phone calls. Must I resort to legal action? I have had the phone barely 24 hours and have been interrupted 3 times already....Enough....To chase your man some other way.

these dumb asses keep calling me al the time... its so annoying. they asked me if i was watching tv. and they asked me why i never pick up. its so weird.

On the second and third call from this number I advised them the individual does not belong with our phone number and to not ever call again. Now on the fourth call, I was very angry. The caller is the same man and should he call again I will file charges for aggravated harassment, which is a crime in New York State. The individual they are looking for scammed them and gave a bogus number, now I'm getting the calls. These people don't get it. Now I kind of hope they call back so I can ram it to them. This IS harassment and I will not tolerate this blatent disregard to privacy when I have kept MY credit in good standing so I wouldn't have to be subjected to such harassment.

I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSIN MAYBE THIS WILL FINALLY STOP THEM FROM CALLING IF EVERYONE ELSE WOULD DO THE SAME, ESPECAILLY IF THEY DON'T OWE THEM THE $$$ FILE A COMPLAINT W/ THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION MAYBE THE FOOLS WIL STOP.

This company continuously calls my phone to collect on a person I don't even know. They refuse to take me off their call list or let me speak to a supervisor. Resolution is not allowed.

calls everyday,even sunday, more than once. recordings, their office hours on the recording...M-F 8:am to 8pm...they don't work on sat or sunday so they program the recorded calls to continue.

These people have some nerve to call even on Sunday (ALL Day) This is the Lord's day, It is the day of rest !!!! These People are HARASSING ! I am changing my number to get this to stop ! I have a child with disabilities and I am not able to have these people continue to tie up my phone line. I need to be able to call out and not have these people not disconnecting on the other end. My Lawyer is well aware of these people and ready to action for their harrassment to my family.

They Call me every day - 5 times a day. I answer and there is no one there. Sometimes they will say my name, then they hang up. I call them back and they Talk to me. They are ridiculous....every time they call, they promise to quit calling me, they say they'll 'work it out' yet, I still receive calls. It's borderline harrassment.

I've been receiving calls for too weeks and no matter what you say..they continue to call you. I've told them to check the number but they don't and call me back

Caller ID shows: Unknown Caller, but it is a ruthless and very arrogant collection agency named: BCR Collections.

I also get calls from these people every day. My caller id clearly states who I am but they are looking for someone else. They need to be sued!

These people have called me numerous times. When you pick up, they have you listen to a recorded message demanding that you callthem at this number. Then, when you do, you get a recorded message telling you to leave your name and number and what you are calling about. I hung up. My guess is they are fraudulent - probably trying to get information to effect credit card fraud, identity theft, and god knows what else. What legitimate business calls you and puts you through to a recording when you pick up? What legitimate business asks you to leave vital information on a machine. BPR, or whoever the hell they are, need to be investigated by the better business bureau and legal authorities.
For God's sake and your own, don't give them information

This is a collection agency that has no clue what they are doing. Their website is www.bureauofcollection.com

Half the time they don't even pick up when you answer, the rest of the time they are asking about a bill for T-Mobil. I don't and have never had a T-mobil account, I tell them this a couple of times when I actually answered the phone and yet still they call. Almost every day about the same thing. I don't answer anymore.

8 calls last week. They are looking for someone with an entirely different name but they refuse to believe that that person doesn't live at this address. I have great credit and I still have to put up with lousy debt collectors for someone else ?!?
