I've had them call daily for the past couple of weeks. I picked up last night and got a recorded message asking me to wait for the party to answer. ....then the line disconnected. Since then they've been calling every couple of hours - when I answer, there is no one there. Grrrrrrrrr.

i have a theory on these calls... I believe that this is a blocking mechanism some companies have so as not to have there number show. I personally don't think this is any one company that has this but several.

I to have bought a car with this XM radio in it. The car was to come with 3 free months of XM radio. I would rather have a good AM radio than any XM pay radio. I will be giving them a call. If they are a user of this fake phone number, it is a place to start and work backwards. Bell Telephone should start working on this them selves. For now my Ph# is ( 2 long and 3 shorts ).

And the calls have stopped.

I received another call from that number and this time someone said "HELLO". It turned out the call was from XM radio. They asked if I would like to continue the service with them (it came as a promotion with my new car for free...3 months only). Anyway, the dude on the line didn't know the number showing up on my cell (I asked him) and I believe that number is used to block their number from showing up. That's my theory. Hope this helps.

Just called Telus as I have been getting these calls too and Telus told me in ALberta that they aren't able to do a thing about these calls...and to just change my number. BS I think...but not sure what else i can do. I dont pick up the phoen anymore when the number calls and no messages but its annoying as they call me several times a day.

I've been recently getting calls on my cell from this number too! Every weekday so far last week when I'm at work. And now today Monday, twice! It will cost me $5/month with my cell company to block them. Does anyone have any other solutions!? Or who the heck are these people?!?

Calls me 2-3 times per day on my cellphone, costing me $0.25 every time. I've never answered but Rogers charges me anyway for "Voicemail received." Do they leave a voicemail? No.

Calls come in almost daily. Getting tired of it. I want to know how to stop it. Will call Bell tomorrow to put a stop on it.

Same thing - calls every day- hang on - then silence- and it is my Cell phone- Is my cell provider trying to get me over my limit on calling hours? Paranoid in Muskoka.

They don't say anything - there is never anyone at the other end. But they call here all the time! How can report them?
