They called me a few minutes ago asking for a relative that is half way across the country--told them I had no information.
I tried to register a complaing with donotcall.gov but they're based in Canada.

Its been almost a year now. First they call twice a day, once in the morning, once afternoon asking for a relative that doesn't even live with us. Now they call about someone we don't even know and at night instead of day. Said something about a credit card--refused to name what credit card.
Go by either NCO or usually Risk Management.
