Calls every day for the last several days ... only silence when I pick up. Call display says "Ontario"

Calls weekly for the last several weeks...who is it, and I want it stopped.
wake up people. this is a computer that determines the time that you answered the phone.
then it gives this information to telemarketing companies telling them this is when "YOU" are home. Call them (YOU) at this time.
