Got 2 calls, I'm in california BTW.
first one i didn't notice till later, they actually left a voicemail saying something about how my message annoyed them...
second time, i JUST missed the call, and calling back says the numbers been disconnected.

This number is used by a calling card exchange.
It was used to to connect to me from a card in ecuador
I work for pharma research company in Montreal, Canada and we constantly keep getting this number. When we answer, fax machine signal is the only thing we hear. Any comments about this mysterious alien connection.
Hi, This phone number could be connected with credit card fraud. The originating callers could be contacting people all over the world to obtain credit card information, including your home address & CVV (CID). DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE LOSERS!!! I work for a company that processes CC transactions. BTW - I'm on the East Coast of USA.
