I've had the same experience as many others I've read. This company sends an order of toner cartridges and then later sends more, insisting that it's the "rest" of the original order that had been out of stock originally.

Very aggressive and rude telemarketers who get your info then send you some un-ordered supplies, and send an over-priced invoice hoping your company will just pay it.
Got two calls from them again today. One from a woman.
I finally got her to shut up by asking her what she was wearing, and if she would talk dirty to me. Hopefully she won't call back. Then again...
