This phone number appeared twice so far within the same week, and it's just a spanish-speaking machine speaking the whole time. The first time, it was a Spanish man blabbering until he ended the call with "Felicidades (congratulations)" and a strong static noise following thereafter. The second time, it was a Spanish woman who just said "Felicidades" and the same static noise following yet again.
The static noise reminded me of "the Ring" so I'm getting really freaked out right now.
(Also, because I don't know what the heck the first man blabbered at first.)
