Caller from this number was using an automatic dialer (representative joined call due to my voice answering) claimed to be representing "Integrated Services Incorporated". I asked where they were headquartered at, I was told "Illinois". When I asked which city in Illinois I was told "we can't divulge that information." This was the third call this week from them and during each call I asked them to take me off their calling list each time. Caller claimed to be working with Qwest.
Recevied a call from them the last 2 mornings and they hung up when I answered. They called back this afternoon and said they were with AT&T and were calling about the notice sent to me (I never received a notice). I asked for a phone number that I could call her back and she said "o.k., thank you," and then hung up the phone.
caller ID says it is from Jersey City, NJ.

Have received several phone calls from this number, all with heavy Indian accents. They claim to be taking over billing from Embarq.
They call the company Integrated Services. Embarq has no knowledge of them.
Are currently being investigated by the Embarq legal team.
